What is Talent Track? |
It is a unique programme designed by Naipunnya International to develop the multi-faceted talents of students and youth irrespective of caste, creed and economic status. |

Who is running this programme? |
| Naipunnya International, a Not- For- Profit Organisation promoted by the Archdiocese of Ernakulam. |

What are the other programmes of Naipunnya International? |
Recruitment, Training, Business Process Outsourcing and Overseas Employment. The income generated through these services also will be utilized for Talent Track programme. |

Who is benefited by this programme? |
| Talent Club Members from the age of 10 onwards. The membership is free for all. |
|
Is this programme for the children of a particular country / state? |
It is initially started in Kerala, southern India, as a pilot project. Based on the growth and availability of fund we will move to other parts of India. |

Who can donate? |
Any individual or corporates can donate. The modalities of donation can be customized to the convenience of the donor. |

What is the minimum I can donate? |
| The minimum amount you can donate is Rs. 500 per month. If as an individual you are not able to contribute the specified amount, individuals can join together and be part of the donor programme |

Do I have to donate regularly? |
| You can opt to donate regularly or as a one-time decision. Depending on the continuity of assistance, candidates can be selected accordingly for assistance. |

Can I make a one-time payment? |
| Yes. you can make one time payment. |

How will I make this payment? |
| You can make this payment by cash /cheque/ Demand Draft, in favour of Talent Track, payable at Ernakulam, India |

Is this donation for a particular child or a group of children? |
| You can make this payment by cash /cheque/ Demand Draft, in favour of Talent Track, payable at Ernakulam, India |
|
Is this donation for the school education of a child? |
| Yes, this donation is for the school education as well as professional education. |
|
Is there any tax exemption? |
| Naipunnya International has tax exemption for the Talent Track programme. The donor can avail this advantage. |

Will I be able to correspond with the child? |
| Yes; But it has be routed through
Naipunnya International. This is to avoid unnecessary inconvenience
for the donors. If the donor has any particular wish in this regard,
it can be addressed by meeting with Naipunnya International.
We would also see that the candidate writes to the donor atleast twice a year. A photo of the child will be given to the donor. |

How does Talent Track raise resources? |
| Talent Track raises resources through sponsorship programmes from individuals as well as corporates/organizations. |

Will my small contribution help? |
| Yes, definitely. We greatly appreciate the willingness to help. |

How are the funds used? |
The funds will be used for:
- Individual educational sponsorship for high caliber poor students.
- Activities promoting entrepreneurship.
- For subsidizing the general training in language and softskills.

What is the maximum age of the child under this programme? |
There is no maximum age; as this programme is to help students reach a level of education and then find a job or start some entrepreneurial venture |

How much of my donation goes to the sponsored child ? |
The total amount goes to the child, as the administration expenses will be met by the income generated through the other programmes of Naipunnya International. |

Are my donations eligible for tax deductions? Do I get a receipt for each donation? |
| Yes, your donations are eligible for tax exemption. You will get a stamped receipt for each donation. |

How long does each sponsorship last? |
| After the child has reached a level of education, the sponsor can stop the donation or ask for another child to be sponsored |

Can I discontinue my sponsorship? |
Yes, you can. Then we will try to find another sponsor for the child. But if you are not sure of at least a few years of continuity, then you can opt for general sponsorship |

Can I send a parcel or additional monetary gift to my sponsored child? |
Yes. It can be sent for special occasions. But it has to be sent to Naipunnya International and we will forward it to the child. It is again to safeguard the interests of the donor. |

Can I choose the child? |
| Yes. We will give you the profiles of children and you can choose the one you prefer. |
|
What happens to children after their sponsorship support is over? |
Since Naipunnya International is into recruitment services, we would be able to offer job opportunities for the right candidates. All through the total assistance period, we try to train them in the right kind of skills needed for a job |

What distinguishes Talent Track from other sponsorship programmes? |
This is basically to develop talent. Talent can never be lost. But other material assistance can be lost. But Talent is something innate in the person. We also try to mix the value propositions along with the sponsorship programme. |

What can a sponsor expect to receive from Talent Track and from their sponsored child? |
A Talent Track sponsor receives a Welcome Pack containing: A Picture Folder, which contains information and a photograph of the sponsored child and its family.
Abundance of the grace of God will also be on the sponsor as it is a sharing for a noble purpose. The sponsored child’s family and we at Naipunnya International assure you of our prayers.
